A few ingredients, tossed on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and baked at 400 F for 30 minutes makes for a quick and easy side dish to help feed a crowd. Or make it on the weekend as part of your weekly meal prep that can be enjoyed hot or cold, with your protein of choice!

A quick and easy sheet pan side dish to serve a crowd! Or make it over the weekend as part of your weekly meal prep.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of French green beans (or regular if you prefer)
- 1 package of baby bella mushrooms, halved
- 5 cloves of garlic, smashed or minced
- 1 small red onion, think sliced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 Tbs olive oil or ghee
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
- On a parchment paper lined full baking sheet combine all of the ingredients...toss to coat.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
