Ingredients
  • Raw, sugar-free bacon.
Instructions
  1. Place the raw bacon on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (one with a rim to catch the bacon fat).
  2. Place the baking sheet into a COLD oven and then set the oven to 400° F.
  3. Cook for 15-20 mins depending on whether you like your bacon less or more crispy.
Notes
Don't waste that fat! Let it cool a bit (not totally), pour it through a metal sieve (to catch any bacon bits) into a widemouthed glass jar as it will solidify at room temperature. Use it later for sauteing or roasting!
