Cashew Alfredo Sauce (Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Whole30)

- 1 cup raw organic cashews, soaked in hot water for at least 30 minutes
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 3 Tbs coconut milk
- 2 Tbs warm water
- 1 ½ Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tsp coconut aminos
- ¼ Tsp garlic powder
- ¼ Tsp salt
- ¼ Tsp pepper
- 1-2 Tbs of water (optional)
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, and process until smooth!
- Add a touch of water to thin the sauce if you prefer.
