Sesame Seasoned Kale (Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Whole30)

A perfect side, or salad base.
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch curly kale, cleaned, de-stemmed
  • ¼ Tsp garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp fresh minced ginger
  • 2 Tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 Tsp sesame oil
  • ½ Tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ Tsp fish sauce (I like Red Boat...its Whole30 compliant)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Microwave the cleaned, still wet kale in a glass bowl for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later use.
