Sweet and Spicy Mango Salsa (Whole30, Paleo)

- 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 mangos, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, small diced (deseed to decrease the heat)
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, pressed
- Handful of cilantro, excluding stems
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a storage container and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the flavors marry!
